For parents of uncommitted 2027 players
Your athlete is in Phase 2. This is what I do.
Phase 2 is for seniors who are still looking for opportunities and aren’t ready to give up. For 27 years, Coach Drew has placed players who were exactly where your athlete is now: talented, uncommitted and running out of time.

What most families don’t know
What is Phase 2 of recruiting?
Phase 2 begins in September of a player’s senior year. It’s when most families stop, and when I go to work. Here’s what happens month by month.
Phase 2 is for seniors who are still looking for opportunities and aren’t ready to give up.
In Phase 2, coaches don’t respond to family emails. They call back the people they trust. I have been one of those people for 27 years. When I reach out to a college coach about your athlete, they open it, because in 27 years I have never wasted their time. Nick Saban recruited one of my players from an email I sent him at Alabama. Someone over there is definitely opening the mail.
