Coach Drew's Recruiting Service

For over 27 years, I’ve helped high school baseball players from across the country connect with college coaches.
More than 94% of the players I’ve worked with have gone on to play at the next level — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO.

If you’re serious about playing in college, and your family wants one-on-one recruiting guidance, I’m here to help.

Do you want to play D1 baseball?

PROS

CONS

Do You need help in Phase TWO of the Recruiting Process?

What is Phase TWO

Phase 1 is the “beauty contest” — it’s all about making a great first impression with your player’s skills and potential.
Phase 2 is about giving the coach more of what he actually needs, showing how your player can fill that specific need on the team, all while being mindful of the coach’s limited time. Coaches are constantly juggling responsibilities, so it’s important to provide concise and relevant information that aligns with their team goals.

How to navigate in Phase TWO

Since recruiting opportunities are more limited in Phase 2, building strong relationships with college coaches and having a proven track record become essential. This phase is all about showing that your player is not only a good fit, but also someone coaches can rely on to contribute to their program’s success.

The letter below was sent to me from the father of a player I helped in Phase TWO of the Recruiting Process. Victor Lea suddenly died on 2/5/24. This letter is in Memory of Victor Lea. An attorney; husband; father; and good friend. Rest in peace. Coach Drew

I am pleased to highly recommend Coach Drew Sikorski to assist your student athlete in a search for a college opportunity. Our son, a 2023 baseball player, was not recruited going into this spring. Even though he was all area as a junior his metrics were such that he was not getting any attention.

Enter Coach Drew Sikorski. After our son boosted his metrics following a growth spurt and hard work, we literally on a chance called Coach Drew on a Sunday. He returned my call that day and immediately went to work. He developed a plan; he implemented the plan; he called scouts and trainers to learn the specifics of why our son is a prospect. He put together a first-class scouting profile, very individualized together with a very impressive video highlighting our son’s abilities.  He sent the recruiting profile not only to the programs in which our son had interest but others as well. He was very comprehensive. He resent the profile to garner more interest.

Coach Drew stayed in constant communication by both email and telephone. He was always available.  Coach Drew delivered with his program. Our son received interest from one division 1 program and multiple serious interest from d2 and d3 programs.  In the end he delivered on his promise.  After two on campus visits, our son received two partial scholarship offers, athletic and academic, from two d2 programs. He is signing a national letter of intent. This all transpired in a two-month period.  What’s most impressive about this is that it occurred long after the traditional recruiting time had lapsed, and his sport is currently in season.

Coach Drew never asked for more money even though he earned every bit and more of his very reasonable fee.

Coach Drew is a standup human being in an industry that often preys on parents’ desire to help their children. Coach Drew is not an institution but an individual with obvious passion for what he does.  He delivered results.

Without reservation we strongly recommend you contact Coach Drew to help your student athlete.

About the grant program

Since 2015, we’ve proudly partnered with the Center for Student-Athletes Foundation (CFSAF), which awards grants to families to help offset the cost of my personalized recruiting service.

Through this partnership, families have saved over $350 million in college tuition, and more than 1,300 families have received financial aid and meaningful recruiting opportunities.

Depending on the financial aid package awarded, the cost of my program ranges from $2,195 down to $495. All grants are awarded objectively and without discrimination, and are paid directly to my recruiting service.

Recipients are responsible for any remaining balance after the grant is applied.

If you’re serious about playing college baseball and want professional, one-on-one guidance, I’d love to help your family take the next step.

– Coach Drew

All grants are open to both male and female student-athletes and all decisions are made in less than 10 minutes.

We couldn't afford a recruiting service till we received a grant. They gave us $1,200 and it cost only $395 to work with Coach Drew. Our son was recruited by Eckerd College for baseball and we saved over $100,000 in tuition. Thank you Drew.

I applied and received a grant for $1000; our cost was only $595 to connect with Coach Drew's contacts. My son heard from a lot of coaches, he signed with Villanova, and they gave us almost $75K. If you're looking to help your son get some offers, Drew works with large network of college coaches.

Without the recruiting grant my son was going to play football at a Junior college. They gave us $800 and I paid $795. He got a full football scholarship from Bryant University. We saved a lot of money and my son had a great experience. I would recommend you get with Coach Drew.
Phil Meisner
Father - Bayonne, NJ
I thought my income was too high. I applied and they gave us a very nice grant and it made Drew's program very cheap for what he does. My son heard from a lot of coaches and received 3 offers. Apply, you might be surprised.

We couldn't afford $1,500 but $400 we could. They gave us $1,100 and Drew really helped get my son noticed. We are extremely thankful to the CFSAF and Drew and my son signed with Rollins College in Florida. By being recruited by the baseball coach we were able to get a financial package that saved my wife and I almost $125,000. I would definitely use him again.

My wife and I received a grant for $1,300 and it only cost us $295 to work with Coach Drew. He's a basketball player and wanted to play D1 basketball and his coach really couldn't help. Thanks for the grant.

Recognized as one of the top sports recruiters by COLLEGE COACHES OF AMERICA.

In 2001, I founded NECP with one goal in mind — to ensure my son, who was in middle school at the time, had the opportunity to play baseball in college.
Using my background in marketing and a former college baseball player, I created a system to effectively connect with college coaches — understanding exactly what to send, how often to send it, and, most importantly, how to make sure it reaches them. The system I developed for my son, which produced outstanding results, is the same program I use today. It’s a proven system that gets college coaches to evaluate my players and helps them find opportunities — often with schools they might not have considered otherwise.
