Phase 1 is a beauty contest. Phase TWO is “more” of what a coach needs and how he can fill that need, while he is coaching his team. Very limited time for the coach.
Because there are fewer recruiting opportunities in Phase TWO, relationships with college coaches and a track record are paramount in Phase TWO.
The letter below was sent to me from the father of a player I helped in Phase TWO of the Recruiting Process. Victor Lea suddenly died on 2/5/24. This letter is in Memory of Victor Lea. An attorney; husband; father; and good friend. Rest in peace. Coach Drew
I am pleased to highly recommend Coach Drew Sikorski to assist your student athlete in a search for a college opportunity. Our son, a 2023 baseball player, was not recruited going into this spring. Even though he was all area as a junior his metrics were such that he was not getting any attention.
Enter Coach Drew Sikorski. After our son boosted his metrics following a growth spurt and hard work, we literally on a chance called Coach Drew on a Sunday. He returned my call that day and immediately went to work. He developed a plan; he implemented the plan; he called scouts and trainers to learn the specifics of why our son is a prospect. He put together a first-class scouting profile, very individualized together with a very impressive video highlighting our son’s abilities. He sent the recruiting profile not only to the programs in which our son had interest but others as well. He was very comprehensive. He resent the profile to garner more interest.
Coach Drew stayed in constant communication by both email and telephone. He was always available. Coach Drew delivered with his program. Our son received interest from one division 1 program and multiple serious interest from d2 and d3 programs. In the end he delivered on his promise. After two on campus visits, our son received two partial scholarship offers, athletic and academic, from two d2 programs. He is signing a national letter of intent. This all transpired in a two-month period. What’s most impressive about this is that it occurred long after the traditional recruiting time had lapsed, and his sport is currently in season.
Coach Drew never asked for more money even though he earned every bit and more of his very reasonable fee.
Coach Drew is a standup human being in an industry that often preys on parents’ desire to help their children. Coach Drew is not an institution but an individual with obvious passion for what he does. He delivered results.
Without reservation we strongly recommend you contact Coach Drew to help your student athlete.

“In 2001, I started NECP for only one reason. To make sure my son (who was in middle-school) would have an opportunity to play baseball in college. So applying my background in marketing, I developed a system of connecting with college coaches; knowing what to give them; how often; and most importantly, how to get it to them. The system I developed for my son that produced significant results, is the same program I use today, and is the same program I will use for your son or daughter. It’s a system that produces results, gets college coaches to evaluate my players, and finds players opportunities. Many times with schools the player or family would have never considered.
